Yes. Customers can provide 3D CAD/2D drawings, hand sketches, or even just a concept or a physical sample, and our engineering team will conduct reverse engineering and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis.
We cover wire gauges from 30 AWG to large-square power cables above 4 AWG. We also provide mixed connectors combining high-current and signal lines, delivering high power while simultaneously supporting CAN/LIN communication for BMS systems.
For two-wheeler applications (Series 3/5) and industrial-grade products, we offer standard IP67 / IP68 overmolded waterproof solutions.
Our factory is certified to ISO 9001:2016 and IATF 16949. Our products comply with CE, RoHS, and REACH standards, and we can provide wire and components meeting UL/CSA requirements.
100% electrical testing is performed, including: Continuity, Hi-Pot (Withstand Voltage), Insulation Resistance, Terminal Pull Test, and Connector Insertion/Extraction Life & Separation Force testing. FAI (First Article Inspection Report) and Certificate of Conformance are provided with each shipment.
For standard off-the-shelf connectors, we support No MOQ (starting from 1 piece) to assist customers with R&D and prototyping. For bulk custom wire harnesses, certain MOQ requirements apply depending on raw material specificity, yet we offer flexible phased support for new projects.
Sample/Prototype Stage: 48 hours to 2 weeks (simple wire harnesses as fast as 48 hours). Mass Production: 2-3 weeks. Expedited green channel available for rush orders.
